Talia lead me through a one hour meditation session with a rare expertise in my experience - with fifteen years practicing yoga and meditation and my own teacher training, I’ve not been blessed with meeting such a capable and astute practitioner in this field ~ I felt that she keyed tight in on my energetic needs and provided me with a take-away practice and knowledge of myself I hadn’t understood was accessible before meeting her.
